If you know me you know this is an old track, but I re-recorded it so here you go-

I made this beat in Chicago, On my brother Crave’s computer.

About a year and a half later in Miami I ruined my back trying to lift a giant box of Barbies in my aunts garage during Hurricane preparations. I should have been in bed for weeks but I kept moving things before the storm came and bussing tables everday til I couldn't walk anymore.

One of the managers at my job, told me I needed a doctors note to miss work or I'd be fired. So I went to Miami-Dade hospital and sat in the ER for a few hours waiting for help.

I started writing what I was thinking (not in song form at all). A few weeks later I had this beat playing and found that page in my notebook. I started moving some things around wrote a little more and had verse.

I kept practicing that verse for months while I tried to write the rest of the song and one day I realized the song was done, 1 verse repeated 3 times.
